I’ve used this brand for a while and I’ve wanted to stick with them, but the wagering requirements are just ridiculous. It feels like cashing out is basically impossible once those rules kick in. I’m torn because I’ve generally liked the site, but this part really makes me question whether it’s worth staying loyal

I made a deposit and it sat there as pending for hours, even though the money had already left my bank pretty much right away. I reached out to support, but they mostly just told me to wait without really explaining what was going on. I get that these things can happen sometimes, but it was still frustrating in the moment.
